gmail-multi is a private desktop tool. Only its owner uses it, and only with their own Gmail accounts.
With the owner's permission, gmail-multi uses Google's Gmail API to search and read email and to create, edit, delete and send drafts.
Email content is retrieved only when the owner asks for it through Claude, the AI assistant the owner has chosen to use. That content is passed to Claude so it can carry out the request, and is handled under the owner's agreement with Anthropic.
gmail-multi doesn't keep copies of email. The sign-in tokens that keep accounts connected are stored only on the owner's computer.
gmail-multi has no server of its own. It doesn't sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than Google and the AI assistant described above.
gmail-multi's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
